New Testament Blessings and Beatitudes
Matthew 5:1-12
And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain. And when he was set, his disciples came unto him, and he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying:
Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted.
Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled.
Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God.
Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are ye when men shall revile you and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
Matthew 11:6
Blessed is he whosoever shall not be offended in me.
Matthew 13:15-16
This people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed ... but blessed are your eyes, for they see; and your ears, for they hear.
Matthew 16:15-19
"But whom say ye that I am?"

Matthew 21:8-9
A very great multitude spread their garments in the way, others cut down branches from the trees and strawed them in the way. And the multitudes that went before and that followed, cried, saying, "Hosanna to the Son of David. Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest."
Matthew 23:39
Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, "Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord."
Mark 11:8-10

Luke 6:20-23
Blessed be ye poor, for yours is the kingdom of God.

Luke 13:35
Ye shall not see me until the time come when ye shall say, "Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord."
Luke 14:12-14
When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, neither thy kinsmen, nor thy rich neighbours, lest they also bid thee again and a recompence be made thee. But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind, and thou shalt be blessed, for they cannot recompense thee. For thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.
Luke 19:37-38
When he was come nigh even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen, saying, "Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord. Peace in heaven, and glory in the highest."
Luke 24:30-31
